Refund methods, refund policy

If the refund is accepted, the refunded amount will be credited within 5-10 days.

In order for the refund to be processed, all items in the original order must be shipped. Refund will be issued after the package is received. How the refund is processed will depend on the original payment method.

Refunds for products paid for by credit card will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of the returned package. Contact your card-issuing bank to find out when the amount will be credited to your account.

Payments by bank slip will be refunded via electronic transfer, within fifteen working days from the receipt of your bank details.
